Paula has given advice in the area of real estate, labor, intellectual property and immigration, providing support to the team and clients with the drafting of different acts and contracts of sale, constitution of open and / or closed mortgages, assignment of fiduciary rights, etc.
Drafting of writings and promotion of processes before the Ministry of Labor.
She also has experience in areas of corporate and commercial law providing extensive and complete advice to national and foreign companies within corporate processes such as incorporation of companies, transformations, domiciliation and cancellation of branches of foreign companies, mergers, capital increases and decreases, bylaws reform, among others.
